We believe the most effective professional development happens when opportunities to learn are thoughtfully crafted, connected to each other, and deeply rooted in shared values. We know the best learning occurs when we have the time to deeply consider ideas, engage in an ongoing conversation, and can reflect upon our growth over time. With this in mind, we created Pollyanna PD-X. This yearly program allows schools to select opportunities for professional learning in the DEIB space that best fits their institutional needs.
